Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $75
You will receive your order anywhere from 3-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. Not including weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $15 flat rate
Overnight – $20 flat rate
Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM CNT will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.)
We are only exchange at this time.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- If you are exchanging for a different size we will cover shipping costs.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
- Sale items may not be exchanged.
- Hair accessories, hats, earrings, ear cuffs, panties and bodysuits cannot be exchanged.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Store Credit expires after one year from issue date.
All returns will be for store credit including original shipping amount. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
